SCOTT H.: January 16th of 2006, I lost my son in a car accident. And, he was living with his mother in Indianola. And, we agreed that he would be buried up in Indianola.

So, when I was up here, I was informed that I probably should get a lawyer because of the way the accident happened and everything. And, I just went through the phone book and I seen a picture of Mr. Haas and he looked pretty nice. So, I come up and introduced myself to him and everything and told him the situation. And, his assistant, Chris Seymour [phonetic], happened to have children that went to the same school that my son did. So, I had a very good feeling about them that they really felt what you was going through and everything.

And so, we proceeded with a lawsuit against the truck driver and everything. And, it took approximately two years. It did not go to trial. It went to a couple arbitrations. And, the second one, we got a settlement that we didn't initially think we'd get, but Fredd let us hang in there. At no time did he pressure us to do anything that we did not want to do.

He was very, very family-oriented towards us. And, I've always feel like he's a part of our family because the way he treated us with decency and respect. I have dealt with lawyers before and they're all business and stuff like that. And, Fredd and his staff are not like that whatsoever.
