FREDD HAAS: I often get asked by my clients do I have a case. My general response is once I get full knowledge of all of the facts, I will be able to tell you whether or not you have a case, how good of a case you have and whether or not I believe your case is worth pursuing. You, then, can make a decision on whether or not you want to go forward. It's a common question. It's a question that you want answered quickly. You need to understand that before I have all of the facts, I'm not going to be able to tell you whether you have a case. If you do have a case, then you and I'll work together in pursuing your case.
