FREDD HAAS: I often get asked what is my claim worth. I tell all people who ask me that question I need to know all of the facts before I can evaluate your case. I, then, also tell them that the value of your case is dependent upon, in part, what you believe is the value. You're the one who has been injured. You are the one who's living the situation. Together, you and I will arrive at a case value which you believe is comfortable. Our job, then, is to convince the other side of that value. If we can't reach an agreement with the other side as to the value, we then will have to present the case to a jury to let them determine the value.
